The survey, promoted by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and Sanofi, included information collected between July 25 and Aug. 8, 2016, from 1,004 adult patients who self-reported they were diagnosed with RA, and whose treatment had progressed beyond just a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Honestly RA intended to take an honest look at life with RA from the patient perspective,in order to better understand their needs. It found that respondents — frustrated with their medications — have tried an average four different treatments in the last five years. Even so, 80 percent agreed that treatment did give them more independence and control, and let them spend more time with family and friends. Although 91 percent of respondents said doctors are t

WHICH EGG DO YOU THINK CAME FROM AN ACTUALLY HEALTHY CHICKEN.

A large number of people have a hard time telling the difference between a healthy, all-natural egg and an unhealthy one. However, it is crucial to know which eggs come from factory chickens, and which from farm chickens. Egg With Dark Orange Yolk A dark orange yolk usually signifies that the egg is extremely healthy, and most likely to be originating from a chicken farm, where chickens get all of their day light, instead of being stored in big dark rooms with no windows. The farm animals are also given the liberty to consume crickets, grasshoppers, insects, ticks and spiders, which is why their yolks are rich in nutrition. Egg With Yellow Yolk Eggs with yellow yolks are usually found at supermarkets, and they are eggs that originate from factory chickens, raised in huge factories with nightmarish conditions. Easy Cheesy Zucchini Gratin – Low Carb & Keto And COMPLETE KETOSIS FOOD LIST

his Easy Cheesy Zucchini Gratin has become a staple in our house! It’s cheesy and creamy, super easy to throw together, and the perfect low carb side dish for your keto diet! When Mr. Hungry decided to join me on keto recently to drop a few pounds after our carb heavy trip to the states in October, I had mixed feelings about it. He said he was doing it to lose weight and support me in my keto efforts, but as you wives know – that usually means more work for us. “What can I eat?” “I’m starving, do we have any snacks?” “Did you eat all the bacon again?” (Yes, yes I did.) Don’t get me wrong, Mr. Hungry does more than his fair share around the house, but cooking is mostly my department. And that would be fine – except he hates 90% or more of the things I love to eat on keto. So while I would be perfectly happy throwing some Better than Potatoes Cheesy Cauliflower Puree in a bowl for myself and calling it dinner (which I do a lot) – he won’t touch anything that has cauliflower in it

7 Things That Epitomized Your Awkward Childhood Phase

Growing up is hard, and unfortunately, you mostly just have to wait out the “awkward” phase. There’s no good way to predict how puberty will unfold for you, let alone rush yourself through it, so when your mom said you’d outgrow those problems eventually she was about right. Adolescent young animals are absolutely adorable, but sometimes things aren’t quite so pretty in humans. Admittedly, turning into an adult human is a little less straightforward than growing a different set of feathers or whatever. Though you can definitely feel awkward about yourself at the time, much of this only becomes apparent in retrospect. By now, you’re likely well past your own awkward childhood-into-adolescence phase and at a safe temporal distance from which to reconsider it (what a relief). People’s childhoods unfold and end in different eras (I was a ’90s kid myself) and these have their own unique defining features (glitter everything, anyone?) When Someone You Love Has Anxiety

Anxiety is unpredictable, confusing and intrusive. It’s tough. Not just for the people who have it but also for the people who love them. If you are one of those people, you would know too well that the second hand experience of anxiety feels bad enough – you’d do anything to make it better for the one going through it. We all have our ‘stuff’ – the things that we struggle with. Ultimately, they are the things that will make us braver, wiser, stronger, more compassionate and better humans. It’s just the way it works. The difference with anxiety is that the struggle is more visible. Whether we struggle with anxiety, confidence, body image – whatever – there are things that we all need to make the world a little bit safer, a little bit more predictable, a little less scary. We all have our list. When someone you love has anxiety, their list is likely to look at little like this: It’s no biggie. So don’t act like it is. In the thick of an anxiety attack nothing will make sense, so bes

28 THINGS PARENTS OF CHILDREN WITH AUTISM WANT YOU TO KNOW

As a Parent, I get frustrated, feel pain, disappointment and anger when people label my children or think/speak before really understanding who they are. 28 THINGS PARENTS OF CHILDREN WITH AUTISM WANT YOU TO KNOW *So many people have the wrong idea or a misconception about children with Autism. I think sometimes it’s worse with kids that are high functioning, because they are VERY border-line. Which is why it’s called a spectrum. It’s huge: from low-end to high-end. A range of levels. Each child is different. No two children are the same. You meet one child with Autism, you’ve met one child with Autism. I know this first hand because the twins- Zion and Ziah are vastly different when it comes to where they stand on the spectrum. I asked several of my friends from my Autism Support Group- The Starfish Throwers what they would want others to know about their child with Autism. This is what we came up with- 28 Things Parents of Children with Autism Want You to Know He is completely

Dealing With Chronic Illness: How to Feel Better When You Aren’t Better

A few weeks ago, when I walked into the bathroom at work, I was greeted by sticky notes all over the mirror. They bore messages like “Good Morning Gorgeous! Go Get ‘Em!” and “You Are Good Enough. Accept Yourself.” and “Smile!” and “Hello, Lovely!” and many more. Even though I know that whoever put up those notes wasn’t thinking of me, and probably doesn’t even know me, I felt it was a personal message to me that I desperately needed to hear. I haven’t felt very good lately. A major surgery will definitely do that to a girl. I’m exhausted. I can barely drag myself out of bed in the morning, and since getting ready one-armed is so difficult, I go to work feeling a little self-conscious and just not quite put together. Then there is the added fun of being newly diagnosed with Lyme disease and just beginning treatment, which makes me feel even worse. And I know I have a long road ahead of me with both my shoulder rehab and the Lyme treatment. I’m not going to feel good for a long time.

Here Are 31 Clever Tips To Make Life Feel A Little Easier When You,re Feeling Depressed

Whether you’re dealing with depression and want to supplement your chosen treatment methods with self-care, or are just in a serious funk, here are some tips for making life feel a little more manageable. 1. Grab a coloring book. “It’s completely juvenile, but I have Disney princess crayons and a ton of coloring books and it’s very therapeutic. And gives me a nice feeling of accomplishment even if it’s just coloring.” —Emily Murphy, via Facebook 2. Make a “done” list instead of a “to-do” list. “It sounds ridiculous, but when I can’t pull out of a nose dive I list all the things I accomplished that day, no matter how small. Did I shower? Makes the list. Did I make food? It goes on the list. By the end of the day I have a much bigger account of the day than I thought and that always helps push back that feeling of worthlessness.” 3. Build a “make life a little easier” toolkit. “I have a Happy Box that has some funny movies, a word search book, a nice smelling candle, and som
